Repeat Prescriptions

You can order your repeat prescription in the following ways:

• Online via our Request a Repeat Prescription triage – if you wish to use Patient Access, you will need to complete our online Register For Online Services form
• By post with a self-addressed, stamped envelope

Telephone requests are only accepted from patients who are housebound, or over the age of 70. For this service please contact the surgery between 12:00 and 16:00.

Please allow at least 3 working days for a repeat prescription.

Certain chemists will collect prescriptions if this has been previously arranged by the patient with the chemist. You will need to allow more than three days if using this service. Please notify us at the time of a request if this is the case.
